The fifteen-minute exercise asks you to picture the desire in colour, texture, sound and emotion. You finish with one sentence: 'I am experiencing the desire with these exact details.'
Emotion is the fuel. The lesson explains how dopamine and oxytocin reinforce neural circuits. The exercise asks you to recall a real moment of joy, gratitude or love, then lay that feeling over the desire scenario until it feels tangible. You journal the physical response, heart rate and posture included.
Catch the sabotaging thoughts as they arrive. The lesson teaches cognitive defusion and thought-stopping. In practice, you watch the inner dialogue, label doubts as 'just thoughts', and replace each with the certainty statement: 'I am living my desire now.' You track recurring patterns and the replacements that quietly work.
Move from ambition to identity. The lesson introduces future-self embodiment. The exercise asks you to dialogue with the version of you who has the desire, observe their posture, tone and confidence, and write down the traits and habits that distinguish them. You finish with one micro-action to adopt today.
Habits make the change durable. The lesson covers habit stacking and cue-routine-reward cycles. You map specific triggers · times, objects, emotional states · that prompt the practice. You design a small reward to reinforce completion. You journal the tracking system that will keep it running once the seven days are done.
