Root-cause analysis. You build a two-column table: limiting beliefs on the left, counter-evidence and empowering replacements on the right. You speak the new beliefs aloud for five minutes and journal the emotional resistance that arrives.
Gratitude activates the reward centres. You list ten specific financial blessings you currently enjoy and elaborate on each one's impact. You journal how gratitude changes the money mindset that runs in the background of the day.
SMART goal-setting. You define two financial goals · one short-term, one long-term · and break each into three micro-steps with deadlines. You visualise completing the first step and note the emotion that arrives.
Growth strategies. The lesson introduces multiple income streams. You brainstorm three potential new sources aligned with your skills, research one briefly and outline the initial steps. You pick the top choice and write your next action.
Emotional regulation. You name one money fear, run a breathing and visualisation routine that releases it and replaces the image with one of growth. You journal the comfort-level change.
Habit anchoring. You design a weekly ten-minute abundance ritual triggered by a consistent cue, like your morning coffee. You practise it once and note its effect. You finish with the ongoing habit plan and accountability measure.
